ちょっくらアメリカに行ってきます。シアトルとロス。曲をみっつ書きました。ひとつはマイケル・ピサロとの共作。ふたりでアイデアを練って、１６のパートを半分づつ書きました。ふたりで作曲するのって面白いですね！ 本当にどうなるか楽しみです。あとは、ピサロに演奏してもらうギターソロの曲（これはシアトルで自分でやってみます。が、まだ練習してないからなんとかしないと）、それとシアトルでやるカルテットの曲。こちらも楽しみ。今回は仕込みに時間がかかりました。夜になると頭が爆発しそうになって飲みにでかける、そんな日々でした。明日は、しばらく東京を離れるので、飲みにいく計画。理由は勿論あとづけです。水曜ハイツももちろんやります。

Guitarist and composer Taku Sugimoto joins Michael Pisaro and the Dog Star Orchestra for two concerts.
At 5pm, a group of 16 musicians will premiere "D minor and Bb major", a new 50-minute piece co-written by Sugimoto and Pisaro.
At 8pm, the two will take turns playing each other's guitar solos (Pisaro's "melody, silence" and a new piece written by Sugimoto called "Sweet Melodies").
